THE POWER OF THE MIIND
resides behind the eyes,
and can create or destroy
a world that is either blessed or cursed,
dependant on how you view the discourse
of your life.
It all feels so real,
and that's the whole point...
A live simulation of your feelings and thoughts.
Swirl around into triggers,
that puncture and hurt...
Even when you know this and 
think you've owned it.
Another layer reveals
For you to lean into
Melt in a bit more.
Drown in the mercy of salty tears,
Scream, yell and punch
Act out your shame and fears
And when you emerge,
Those triggers become sweet,
a delectable treat to grown into
A place to expand.
Push lines drawn in the sand.
Dig down 
You will find that you land
In a place so spacious 
And new
The truth is nothing has changed
Everything stays the same 
But it is you 
Who has shed the cloudy haze
That blocked deeper truth
And depth of clarity,
That lights your own way forward.
One cycle at a time, 
And when it ends it repeats.
Not to be mistaken for a defeat.
But mere metaphor,
To inform your purpose.

I want to take a minute and give a shout out to an amazing woman.
Her name is Elise West. She can work magic with anyone around the world...
I don’t know what to call what she does or how to explain it. I do know how to share what my experience of it was...
I have worked with countless woman and mentors and coaches and facilitators over the last decade.
I’ve coached, mentored, and facilitated countless men and women over the last decade.
It is a special, sacred talent and state of being to completely avoid bringing ego into holding these types of roles...
Sometimes I get excited and see I’m “onto something” or on the “right path” with another and I might assume why they do or say something and what it means. Perhaps you can relate? Then, I ask my next question with that veil or filter... it can lead them down a train of thought they may or may not have gone down or it distracts them from their truth or it doesn’t and all is well...
Point is, it’s best to be how I experienced Elise. It’s best to be clear of ego-based facilitation while holding space for others’ processes, and it’s best as a receiver to find mentors who can hold this kind of space for you.
I can and do most of the time. 
And I’m not always perfect.
I credit my training and experiences with Woman Within International and witnessing Judy Fox Rudin facilitating as the greatest influence on me of bias-free facilitation.
I don’t know how she got there, but in my opinion, Elise scores a 10 out of 10 in this category for my first session with her.
She presented inquiries in the most consistently unbiased, open, assumption-free way I’ve ever experienced leading me to go deeper with and heal more profoundly my inner little girl than I’ve ever experienced in a single session before. I saw more imagery and had more vivid memories come up than I’ve ever seen.

"The work Elise does has a deeply profound effect on your soul, we worked on issues around “being myself” & not being afraid to shine and embrace who I am. The sense of not knowing oneself can have a huge effect on your compass and therefore my direction in life was always a confused one and I felt like a lot of the times I wasn’t walking in my essence. Elise and I worked together on creating the perfect intention for our session to unblock these issues and dive deep into the unknown. Throughout the session I felt comfortable and held, Elise’s rhythmic nature to her voice allows you to sit deep in the hypnotic state whilst feeling safe and secure to travel to these parts of myself.
